Hello everyone! I am a product of the Houston County School System, and I knew that I wanted to return to teach in Houston County when I graduated from high school in 2016. I was influenced by many of my teachers throughout my educational learning experience in Houston County, which then made me realize that I wanted to pursue a career in teaching. I grew up in Warner Robins, GA and have never left. After high school I attended Middle Georgia State University where I graduated in 2020, with a dual degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education, as well as a reading endorsement. I recently graduated with my Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of West Georgia.

I started my career in 2020 at Quail Run Elementary where I taught Kindergarten for one year. During my second year of teaching Kindergarten, I was displaced and moved to Matt Arthur Elementary to teach Kindergarten in 2021. I cannot wait to share my love of teaching with you and your child here at Matt Arthur Primary!
